Our design team at Advance Steel Design have a wealth of design experience and a full portfolio of drawings to reference and assist in a speedy delivery of your requirements, from there your product will move through the cutting or punching process followed by folding and fabrication.
With the addition of our robot welding bay the fabrication times are greatly reduced and can accommodate vast quantities of product in short lead times. The current capabilities of the manufacturing facility are:
1 x Amada flatbed laser with round tube capability. 3m x 1500mm sheet size
1 x Amada Tube laser RHS, SHS and round tube. 150mm max size
2 x Durma press breaks 3m and 4m
1 x Amada Turret punch 6mm M/S, 3mm S/S
1 x Robot welding bay with full automated manipulator table, 1.8M Reach
2 x overhead cranes
1 x Pack cutting saw 680mm x 500mm
10 x welding and processing bays
2 x Assembly bays
1 x delivery crane truck.
